Wheat Free High Protein Pancakes
When you are trying to lose weight a good idea is to lower your carbohydrates and wheat intake. Three out of five people are allergic to wheat and most people don’t even know it. 1/4 cup Egg Whites
1/3 cup Fat Free Whipped Cottage Cheese
2.5 scoops Vanilla BioTrust Low Carb (~30g of protein)
1 tbsp Sugar Free Stevia Sweetened Syrup <strong>Directions</strong>:
Blend the protein powder, cottage cheese and egg whites. Use a hand-held blender to get the best results. Pour the batter into a frying pan; cook for about two minutes on each side. Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy. This reciepe will make 3 pancakes.
