On this diet no solid food is allowed, you consume only the special lemonade mix that is described below. You drink six or more glasses of the lemonade drink every day. This drink is suppose to supply you with a steady supply of calories and nutrients. It is important that you drink the juice at regular intervals each day, so your body gets the necessary nutrition.
In addition to this, there is a saltwater flush that you take in the morning and a herbal tea.
